A Fresh Take on Pizza
Olio is a young pizza brand disrupting the market with its authentic wood-fired flavor and commitment to real ingredients. Each pizza features a smoky base, fresh veggies in generous quantities and real cheese standing in sharp contrast to most large brands that rely on artificial flavors or processed cheese. The brand set out to create an identity that felt as real and bold as its product fresh, energetic and full of personality.
Thinking
Energy in Every Slice The brief called for a brand that would instantly connect with younger audiences especially Gen Z and teenagers who crave both flavor and freshness in everything they consume. The design direction leaned toward vibrancy and energy, echoing the spirit of a pizza straight out of the oven. The challenge was to make Olio stand apart visually while staying true to its playful, handcrafted authenticity.
Implementation
A Logo That’s Hot, Fresh & Authentic The logo for Olio takes inspiration from the shape of a pizza slice, subtly integrated into the letterforms to create a sense of motion and warmth. The circular badge structure gives the identity a stamp-like quality symbolizing authenticity and craftsmanship, much like the seal of a true wood-fired pizzeria. The typography radiates energy and excitement, mirroring the brand’s “hot and fresh” personality. A bold green color palette was chosen to reflect freshness and natural ingredients, while maintaining a pop art inspired energy that resonates with younger audiences. From packaging and menus to digital creatives, the visual system remains lively, bold and instantly recognizable.

Serving Fresh Energy The Olio brand identity captures the essence of its product fresh, bold and irresistibly fun. The pizza slice inspired logo, dynamic badge structure and vibrant color system give the brand a signature look that feels both modern and rooted in real quality. With Olio, every idea is hot, fresh and straight out of the oven delivering the perfect crust and the perfect vibe.
