THE CHALLENGE
Relocating offices in Bangalore, a city infamous for its traffic, risked high attrition due to employee concerns over commute and change.
We needed to turn this fear into an opportunity for engagement and retention
OUR APPROACH
We transformed their internship pitch into a nationwide innovation movement.
Phase 1 – Internship Rebranding:
- Crafted a distinct identity for TI’s internship program
- Designed creative collateral and wearables for new interns that helped them feel like they're a part of the TI family.
Phase 2 – All-India Design Innovation Challenge
- Facilitated student workshops to align with their aspirations
- Developed the campaign theme, visual identity & tone
- Rolled out compelling communication across campuses
- Created digital & print assets to boost participation
